Seligenstadt am Main Virtual Walking Tour

Walking through historic Seligenstadt in Germany Follow locally born Michael through the history of Seligenstadt on the river Main in Germany. His story starts with the Romans in 100 AD. It continues with the building of the largest Basilica church north of the Alps and the establishment of a Benedictine monastery and the famous abby gardens still enjoyed in these days. The one hour tour starts at the market square in the heart of the city. We then walk through the old district with beautifully restored 'Fachwerk Haeuser', passing the Basilica and enter the 'Klosterhof' (former Abbey) and the 'Klostergarten' (Abbey Gardens).
