☀️HOT DAY, THICK GRASS & TOUGH BITES! Chick Lake Patriot Series 8-6-26

This one was a grind from start to finish! It was hotter than two squirrels fighting in a wool sock, the humidity was absolutely disrespectful, and the grass was so thick I’m pretty sure we needed a chainsaw, machete, and a damn excavator just to get the boat through it, just to reach the water we wanted to fish. Some were so sketchy that halfway in, you start wondering if the fish are actually worth getting back out. 😂 But hey, that’s fishing. If it looks like a terrible place to put a boat, THAT’S PROBABLY WHERE WE’RE GOING.
