Rock Band 2 Animations in Rock Band 3 WIP

After a lot of trial and error and running against the game's memory limit due to RB2's old-format compression which is not as compressed as RB3 and figuring out how to recompress all the animations, I have finally found a way to make this work. Not all animations get replaced, since RB2 just does not have the same number of animations, but I replaced all that I reasonably could, so this is more like a mix of RB2 and RB3. There are still some issues with the vocalist's hands due to the RB2 vocalist rigging being slightly different, but this should be fixable. Going to try to get this into RB3DX soon as an option if possible once I fix the vocalist's hands bugging out. It might ultimately not be possible unfortunately, but at least it seems like drums and guitar and bass work fine. Keys of course was not in RB2 so it will remain the same.
