Inspired by the rich musical traditions of the Arab world, psychedelic rock, library music, soul jazz and ultra lounge, this imaginary album blends swirling organs, exotic percussion, fuzzy guitars and warm analog textures into a cinematic journey across deserts, bazaars and forgotten cities. Performed by The Lounge Club Band, every groove explores the meeting point between hypnotic Arabic scales and infectious vintage funk, creating the soundtrack to a film that never existed—but perhaps should have. For this project, I imagined musicians from different worlds meeting inside the same studio. Arabic melodies, vintage funk, psychedelic guitars, Hammond organs, Farfisa keyboards, vibraphones and analog synthesizers all become part of a fictional musical universe where geography no longer matters—only atmosphere, rhythm and imagination. Rather than recreating traditional music, my goal is to imagine entirely new albums inspired by real musical histories. AI is one tool within that process, but every project begins with research, listening, experimentation, prompt design, curation and artistic direction.
