While traditional Muhaiditheen define Hadith, Shah Waliullah goes a step further by explaining its indispensable role in the entire structure of the Divine Guidance system. *Key Topics Covered:* *Defining Hadith (Three Dimensions):* *Qawl (Speech):* The direct verbal instructions of the Prophet ﷺ. *Fi'l (Action):* The physical practices of the Prophet ﷺ observed by the Companions. *Taqreer (Approval):* Instances where the Prophet ﷺ remained silent upon seeing an action, signifying its permissibility. *Hadith as the Access Point to the Quran:* The instructor explains a critical point: We cannot even access the text of the Quran without Hadith. For example, the first five verses of Surah Al-Alaq are known to be the first revelation only through the Hadith narrating the Event of the Cave of Hira.
