This CRAZY NEW Toy Shop Has a GIANT Battle Cat!

Join me at Monkey's Emporium in Nottingham, where vintage toy dealer Johnny (Monkey) has transformed an empty shop into a treasure trove of 1980s and 1990s toys — complete with an enormous Battle Cat from Masters of the Universe! After visiting the unfinished shop in Sneinton Market, I'm back to see the incredible transformation, explore the packed cabinets and discover some of the strangest vintage toys I've ever encountered. Monkey previously ran a toy shop in Camden, London, and has now created a new home for his extraordinary collection alongside business partner Mr Dan Plastic. Inside, we uncover rare Spanish He-Man bootlegs, bizarre international action figures, unusual British toys and forgotten childhood favourites. There's everything from Star Wars and Transformers to Monster in My Pocket, Earthworm Jim and plenty of wonderfully weird merchandise. Monkey also shows me the giant Battle Cat sculpture, explains its restoration and shares his passion for collecting toys that most people have never even heard of. And with everything in the shop available to buy, I couldn't leave empty-handed! If you grew up loving toys in the 80s or 90s, there's plenty here to bring back memories.
