I Drew a Fox Samurai With a Giant Snake Sidekick

A calm fox samurai. A giant snake with absolutely no personal space. Watch this anime-inspired red pencil drawing grow from the first loose shapes into two characters who already feel like they have a story together. I walk through the pose, layered clothing, expressions, and winding snake forms while sharing how growing up watching anime influences my character design. This started as a random sketch and turned into a little adventure. What would you name these two, and who is actually in charge?
