Striper Fishing in Salem Harbor | Field Trips

Over the course of my career, I’ve had the opportunity to travel all over the world and spend time with some pretty incredible people. Since having kids, I’ve found myself wishing they could experience some of those same things. So I started Field Trips. A little excuse to take my boys somewhere, meet interesting people, and see more of the world through their eyes. For our first trip, Gus and I headed to Salem Harbor in Massachusetts in the final weeks of summer, before Halloween takes over the city, to spend the day fishing with my good friend Tim Haight. We spent the day chasing mackerel, fishing for striped bass, and seeing what else we could put in the boat.
