Wood-Mizer TV-2000 Industrial Sawmill

A simple yet efficient saw-line processing small diameter pine timber for the industrial timber market in South Africa. This system converts roughly 120-160 cubic meters of pine logs into 60-80 cubic meters of sawn boards per shift. The system consists of a TV2000 and a Multirip Gang saw on the main line. An HR700 and EG800, with an automated waste separator takes care of the round slabs. A custom built trim-saw ensures boards are cut to exact length as needed.
