WATCH ME RESTORE THIS CARPET'S TRUE COLOR This was my last job of the day. I looked at the calendar on my phone and it read: 1 Room. I know that's right. 😂 I was so happy. "Let me go knock this out real quick and take my butt home." I hopped out of the van and trotted to the front door looking just like my father. He has this little trot he does whenever he's in a good mood. The older I get, the more I catch myself doing the same things he does. The customer greeted me with a smile and led me toward the basement. There were several people in the house, conversations going on everywhere. I headed downstairs. It was a little tight. Made a left face... Walked into the room... AIN'T THIS A BLIP. This might as well have been a six-bedroom job. This stuff was JACKED, MAYNE.(Terrence Howard voice.) My smile disappeared. I tried to stay pleasant because I could tell the customer was trying to read my reaction to the madness. What the heck y'all been doing down here... Planting peanuts? This is crazy. Alright... enough fussing. Let me go grab my equipment. I made my way back up the stairs. My little happy trot was gone. 😂 Grabbed the Shark and started vacuuming that mess. Filled the canister with deep dog hair, pet oil, and just plain nasty yuck. Yeah... We're gonna have to get buck wild with this pre-spray. I soaked that carpet. Then I CRB'd that mess to death. After several rounds of pre-spray, it finally started waving the white flag. "Aww yeah..." "I got you on the ropes now." "You gone get this work!" Oh yeah... That boy came down here talking about, "You seen Giovanni?" Boy... Ain't no Giovanni down here.
