こんにちは、料理研究家のゆかりです。 今回は、レモンムース（レモンポセット）の作り方をご紹介します。材料たった3つで簡単すぎる！ゼラチン不要＆混ぜて冷やすだけの爽やか絶品スイーツが作れます。初心者でも失敗なし！とても美味しいので、ぜひ作ってみてください。 Hello, I'm Yukari, a cooking researcher. This time, I'll show you how to make lemon mousse (lemon posset). It's super easy with just three ingredients! No gelatin needed, just mix and chill to make a refreshing and delicious dessert. Even beginners can't fail! It's so delicious, so please give it a try. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ■材料（3個分） ・レモン 1個 ・生クリーム 200ml ・グラニュー糖 40g ■作り方 1.レモンを半分に切り、中身を取り出し絞る。 2.鍋に生クリームとグラニュー糖を入れ沸騰したら弱火で3分加熱する。 3.火を止めレモン汁を加えとろみがつくまで混ぜる。 4.レモンに③を入れ冷蔵庫で冷やし固める。 5.レモンの皮をかけ完成。 ■ingredients ・1 Lemon ・200ml Fresh cream ・40g Granulated sugar ■Instructions 1. Cut the lemon in half, remove the flesh and squeeze it. 2. Put the cream and granulated sugar in a pot and bring to a boil, then simmer on low heat for 3 minutes. 3. Turn off the heat, add the lemon juice and stir until thickened. 4. Add the mixture from 3 to the lemon and chill in the refrigerator to harden. 5.
