This was much more than just a place to sleep. From stepping inside a traditional yurt and exploring the camp to seeing the horses, visiting the kitchen and sharing an evening meal, this was a glimpse into a completely different way of life. Surrounded by nature and the landscapes of Issyk-Kul, it became one of the most memorable experiences of my trip through Kyrgyzstan.
