Which would you rather live next to: a drummer or a DJ?

Imagine you’ve moved into a new place and your neighbour turns out to be a musician. Not the occasional weekend hobby, this person is practising ALL the time. On one side, you’ve got the drummer: bang, bang, bang… the same beat being played over and over, sometimes for hours. You can hear every kick, snare and cymbal through the walls. On the other side, you’ve got the DJ who seems to believe your home is part of the nightclub. Bass shaking the windows, music pumping through the walls and suddenly it’s 11pm and they’re still testing “one more track.” Both are loud. Both can drive you absolutely mad. But if you had to choose, which would you rather live next to: a drummer or a DJ? And if you’ve actually lived next to one of them, which was worse?
