Is the Necromancer class FINALLY WORTH PLAYING?

The Elder Scrolls Online Necromancer class has been changed YET again to add a bit more spice into the mix for update 43! For the longest time people have struggled with the necromancer being even remotely unique for group content given that zenimax online studios broke their number one rule and GAVE us the ability to bring a "class specific buff" to a group WITHOUT the CLASS!! (gave major vulnerability to other sources). Since then it has been a pain to try to figure out for people with tunnel vision WHY they would bring a necromancer to a group outside of "i just like it" vs any other class. NOW they have changed some of their base skills to allow individuals a bit more accessibility to the class and make it far less complicated when applying buffs/debuffs.
