The Ps2 version of the game does not have native online support, so I have a program that applies both players' inputs at the exact same game frame and tracks it. If the other player's input is late, the game waits inside its own normal frame wait, meaning they shouldn't go out of sync. Even simulating lag, the program doesn't have any discrepancies between two pc's. Though, keep in mind this was tested on the same local network.
