Lower Blackwater, WVA || 250 CFS || Jackson Flow

This was my first time on the Lower Section. It is packed full of class 2-3 rapids pretty much the whole run. At this flow some of the major ones could be class 4. At higher flows, this section could become much, much stouter from what I could tell. Some of the in-between stuff could definitely use some more flow. Reminds me a lot of the old upper green but more rapids and a lot longer.
