The Death Arena is an idea I had/stole from an old 2000AD Strontium Dog story (though I evolved the backstory and created all new characters and settings). Over 200 competitors from across the universe, human, mutant and alien battle it out on a politically unstable planet to become the sole survivor of the annual Death Arena. Each track in this mix represents one or more characters from the 2189 show, which was said by many to be the most spectacular (and is the one I have vaguely planned out in it's entirety). The songs themselves should sound like they are fighting each other for dominance and give insight into many character's motivations.
