Calamity Mod Music | NOXUS | "VOID'S GAZE" | Unofficial - (Outdated / Proto-track)

New Noxus Theme: (anyone in my audience that sees this, I'm impressed that you noticed the title change for a mostly forgotten track. now you know what the next song is!) "...And if you gaze long into an abyss, the abyss also gazes into you." slightly funny story 27: 27 is kinda crazy when you think about it. Anyway, this was very fun to work on, and it's my personal favorite along with Dragon's Aerie. I also did a lot for the visuals this time around, so I hope you enjoyed some of that. Song goes from C minor to G minor (one of my favorite combos). I tried to keep it somewhat playful, reflecting the chaotic nature of Noxus, while keeping it serious. There are also a lot of references to Ceaseless Void and Devourer, for obvious reasons if you know the updated lore. I tried to only use the guitar at the climaxes, to give the instrument more weight when it dropped in. For a while I was trying to decide another lead instrument, as I needed one more other than Piano, Bells, Guitar, so I landed on Organ, to give it a playful, but almost psychotic feel at times. A lot of focus also laid on the percussion, I really wanted to step that up this time. Anyway, Yharim will still be a good while, as I need to work on Distortion, and will be inactive for roughly a week after that. Also, if you're wondering why I use that quote, and why the song is named after it: There are many interpretations, 90% of which actually shockingly apply to the player character/Yharim.
