How to Face the Pain of Separation and Let It Change You

Barry Long describes what happens when a woman of higher consciousness leaves a man who loves her. Her departure leaves a pain he may try to escape through thought or distraction. Barry urges him to face it instead – it exposes the part of him that remains ignorant and resistant to love.
