he Thandikudi Balamurugan Temple is a shrine in the village of Thandikudi, Tamil Nadu, believed to be a place where Lord Murugan rested before leaping to Palani. The temple features a unique perennial spring for abhishekams and a sacred mound of sand that serves as a prasadam. The temple's consecration occurred in 1949, and it is believed that Lord Murugan himself supervised its construction. The temple also includes shrines to Navagrahas, Sage Agasthya, Lord Vinayaka, Lord Bhairava, and Idumban, who is said to have been transformed into a devotee here.
