Nurse Harrow is Fun, But...

Deadlock's newest support hero Nurse Harrow is a lot of fun, but she's got some major consistency issues. Supports in Deadlock are tricky to get consistent value out of when playing on the ladder, but I feel there are certain aspects of Harrow's kit that exacerbate these issues and make her feel very hit or miss to play.
