Planting Week Day 5 🍁 Fall Containers for My Front Porch

Welcome, gardeners! For the final day of planting week, I moved to the front porch and planted up my beautiful Heritage planters with a foliage-filled combination designed to transition beautifully from fall through winter and into early spring. Chartreuse Carex, berry and caramel-colored Heuchera, and a touch of blue lamb’s ear give these containers so much color and texture without relying on flowers. After a full week of planting, I am feeling so accomplished in the garden, but I am also very ready to sleep in tomorrow! Planting week is complete. 🍁 Enjoy! 💌 Looking for some monthly garden inspiration?
