SCR Version 2.3 Review / Thoughts (Read description before commenting)

I know it's been almost two weeks since V 2.3 was released, and we're currently in V 2.3.2, but at least my thoughts on V 2.3 are now up. Sorry it took me longer to make the video than expected. 10:30 My mistake: the emergency brake will not be applied if you shut down your train while on the move, only if the pantograph is up in a non-electrified area.
