I Ran My Final 30KM Too Fast… And Paid The Price | Nice-Cannes Marathon Ep. 2

My last big test before the Nice-Cannes Marathon was a 30.22km long run and I definitely learned a few things the hard way. I went into it feeling good, got a bit carried away with the pace, and ended up being reminded pretty quickly that marathon training has a way of humbling you. In this vlog, I take you through my full morning setup, what I ate before the run, how I fuelled during it, and what I learned from the good and bad parts of the session afterwards. There was plenty that gave me confidence. There was also plenty that showed me I still had work to do.
