Daily Chemicals Production Line

The daily chemicals production line is a turnkey automatic solution for producing personal care and home care products. The whole line mainly consists of vacuum emulsifying mixer, liquid mixing tank, feeding system, filling machine, capping machine, labeling machine, conveyor, cartoning unit and palletizer. It can process various materials from low-viscosity liquids to high-viscosity creams and pastes, such as shampoo, body wash, hand soap, laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid, hand sanitizer, facial cream and conditioner. All product contact components adopt SUS304 or SUS316L stainless steel, complying with GMP and food & cosmetic hygiene standards. The production line is controlled by PLC with touch screen operation. Parameters like mixing speed, temperature, filling volume and running speed can be adjusted conveniently. Multiple product formulas are storable for quick product switching. Optional modules: water treatment system, weighing system, vacuum deaeration, heating & cooling jacket, vision inspection, Delta robot pick-and-place system. The line can be customized according to customers’ workshop layout, output requirement and bottle types. It supports standalone operation of single machines or full-line linkage automation.
