WARDOGS Has a Bigger Story Than Its 100-Player Battles | Know Your Game

WARDOGS is a 100-player PC shooter built around three teams, a moving control zone, destructible buildings, vehicles, support roles, and persistent cash. Teamwork pays, money survives between matches, and useful players do not need the highest kill count. This Know Your Game episode follows the history, people, studio decisions, and technology behind WARDOGS. Bulkhead is returning to multiplayer shooters after Battalion 1944 lost its audience, became the free Battalion Legacy, and ended with refunds for the entire Kickstarter community. The episode also covers the Arma King of the Hill creators, the WATCH DOGS trademark fight, the team's Georgia field research, Alex Korakitis, the War Tech Framework, and Unreal Engine. It also gets into Potato and Overkill performance builds and the shared shooting-range reference used by the design, animation, and audio teams.
