DIAMONDS ARE FOREVER | Bond Escapes the Coffin

Where there’s smoke, there’s fire. Bond has a near-death moment in the crematorium in DIAMONDS ARE FOREVER. This was Sean Connery’s final official EON film as Bond, with Guy Hamilton returning to direct for the first time since GOLDFINGER. Jill St. John was cast as diamond smuggler Tiffany Case, the first American actress to play a leading Bond female role.
