No One in NYC Could Diagnose THIS!? ('06 Chrysler EVAP P0440-P0456-P0457; feat. THINKCAR PLD 222)

A desperate owner drove his 2006 Chrysler Town&Country 6 HOURS from NYC because apparently NO ONE in the Big City could diagnose his Check Engine Light!! 3 EVAP Codes are set: P0440, P0456, P0457. Obviously the Purge Solenoid and NVLD unit have already been replaced with no success. Let's do some research on this Chrysler NVLD EVAP system and check each component.
