My experiences with Judas Priest have been varied. "Painkiller" was probably the worst spot for me to start, as it jarred me hard enough to shy away from Rob Halford for a bit. Then I saw them live in 2021 at Bloodstock right after Covid - and. My thoughts another time on that one. After a few more attempts, I had HUGE respect for them, but not a load of desire to continue. Cue this masterpiece being put in front of me, and now I wonder why I didn't start my journey here!
