Ep.2 Injection Fault - Test cu pompa electrica pe / Electric pump test on 1.5 dCi

RO: In acest video va prezint conectarea pe alimentare directa din rezervor a pompei electrice, pentru alimentarea pompei Common Rail - Delphi, a motorului 1.5 dCi de pe Renault Megane 2, in vederea eliminarii erorii INJECTION FAULT si a opririi motorului in mers. Am trecut la o alta varianta de test dupa ce in prealabil am alimentat pompa electrica din filtrul de motorina, dar eroarea imi aparea in continuare, fiind urmata de oprirea motorului in mers. Inaintea montarii pompei electrice, toate injectoarele au fost reconditionate si testate pe banc de proba, in service autorizat, filtrul de motorina a fost inlocuit, regulatorul de presiune l-am testat pe baterie si merge fara probleme. In continuare apare eroarea INJECTION FAULT, tacane injectoiarele si intr-un final se opreste motorul, iar de pornit, il pornesc doar daca dezactivez tensiunea din ECU prin scoaterea cartelei si deschiderea portierei.
