Federal STH10 East Lansdowne Fire Company With Bells and Tones

Just upgraded the controller for this siren in East Lansdowne Pa Delaware County just outside of Upper Darby and Philadelphia. Added a 25 second delay from the time the activation tones drop to allow for the voice dispatch to complete before the siren starts.
