SANWA MT-5 SCROLL ISSUE??

As we know, many owner's of Sanwa MT-5 keep on selling this remote because of the scroll issues. So now I discover how to solve this issue. Used only a little of contact cleaner and some effort to open the casing of the remote. That's all u need to do. Very small effort but give a big solution for the common issue of this remote.
