[Atlas of Songs] In the Photograph (Լուսանկարի մեջ)

An intimate Armenian folk lullaby inspired by memory, friendship and the passage of time. "In the Photograph" tells the story of a woman who rediscovers an old photograph showing four young friends. As she remembers what became of each of them, the song slowly turns inward, confronting the distance between youth and the person she has become. Tender, nostalgic and melancholic, the piece is carried by a female voice, a duduk and a warm choir appearing only in the choruses.
