Heading south to Tanzania under Mount Kilimanjaro, Laurens talks S-Class endurance testing with Rob Holloway, Head of Global Communications Mercedes-Benz, before receiving an unforgettable welcome from a local Maasai tribe. After passing the majestic Victoria Falls, Laurens checks in on our third S-Class conquering a parallel detour through Egypt. In Windhoek, Namibia, Laurens and Rob inspect two historic pioneers: a classic "Ponton"—a direct ancestor of our S-Class—and a rare predecessor to the Unimog. Along Cape Town's famous Chapman's Peak, Laurens shares a moving conversation with Christopher White, who survived an 80-meter plunge off the cliff in 1980 thanks to Mercedes-Benz safety engineering.
