Make a Trilby Hat Block for Wet Felting

Wet felting hat block from craft foam. Usually I would use more tools, but in this video I use only a carving knife and sandpaper to show that almost anyone could make a wet felting hat block. The blue DuPont foam shown is now grey (translation - gray), Owens Corning is pink and Kingspan green.
