It has been over a year. And I am just going to come right out and say it. I never meant to be gone this long. What started as a summer break turned into a blockage that took me offline for six weeks, a business I was building, and a quiet feeling I could not shake that something inside this show needed to shift before I came back and opened my mouth again. Every time I was ready to walk away for good, one of you would send me a DM at 2 in the morning. "This podcast changed my life. Now I know I am not alone." And I could not leave.
