AGF Fort Worth Championships GI Adult 40+ Challenger Finals (White Belt) I lost this match and learned a lot about timing and feeling comfortable in half guard. It's surprising that loss can be used to fix fundamental problems in your game. (Blessed) Disclaimer: The outcome of any BJJ match featured in this video—win or lose—is not a definitive measure of who is the "better" martial artist or human being. It simply reflects who performed better under a specific rule set, on a specific day, at a specific moment. Factors like style matchups, rules, referees, individual health, and timing all influence the result. Respect both competitors for stepping onto the mats and putting their skills to the test.
