Yes (must play on Madhouse). • Minimum Playthroughs: 2 (plus chapter replays for speedrun and cleanup). • Free-Roam or Level Select Available After Story? Yes. Steps: ✅ Step 1: Easy (or Early Madhouse) Playthrough + All Collectibles + Ending 1 You can unlock Madhouse difficulty early by purchasing the additional add-on, but this is not required. Playing on Easy difficulty is enough to unlock Madhouse for later playthroughs. During this run, your main focus should be collectibles and general progression. Collect everything listed below: • 20 Mr. Everywhere Statues • 18 Antique Coins (or 33 Antique Coins if playing on Madhouse) • 32 Files • 4 Videotapes Keep an eye on the following most missable trophies, listed in recommended priority order: • Can’t Catch Me • Duck if You Love Life • Things Got Personal • Slash Slash, Slashity Slash! • Less Is More • Back Off, Mrs. B! • Fly Swatter • Out Before Dessert • That’s a Spicy Meat-a-ball 👉 Ending #1 Requirement: After defeating Mutant Jack Baker, make sure you give the cure to Mia. ✅ (Optional) Step 2: Easy Difficulty Speedrun + No Item Box + No Medkits This step is optional but efficient to combine trophies in a single run. Play on Easy difficulty and focus purely on finishing the game in under 4 hours. Additional restrictions for this run: • Do not use item boxes at all • Avoid using medkits (you may use up to 3 if absolutely necessary) • Steroids are allowed and do not count as medkits Because you already know the layout and enemy placements from Step 1, this run is very manageable and can be completed comfortably within the time limit. ✅ Step 3: Madhouse (or Easy) Playthrough + Antique Coins + Ending 2 Now complete the game again on Madhouse difficulty (recommended) or Easy, depending on your preferred route. During this playthrough: • Collect Madhouse-exclusive Antique Coins (if not done earlier) • Use your knowledge of enemy behavior and item locations to survive more efficiently 👉 Ending #2 Requirement: After the Mutant Jack fight, give the cure to Zoe instead of Mia.
