Strawberry Brownies Recipe-with Strawberry Glaze-Steph’s Stove

Strawberry Brownies 1 box Strawberry Cake Mix (I use Duncan Hines) 2 large eggs ⅓ cup oil 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Glaze: ¾ cup powdered sugar 2 tablespoons strawberry jam 1-2 tablespoons milk Preheat oven to 350° In a medium mixing bowl, add strawberry cake mix, eggs, oil, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined. Spread into a greased baking dish (about 8x10). Mix will be thick when spreading but do your best to smooth appropriately. Bake for about 18 minutes or less…do not use the toothpick method. These will be slightly undercooked for a cake. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before adding the glaze/icing. Spread glaze/icing completely over brownies. Store any uneaten brownies into an airtight container in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
