Richie Havens 'Things That I Used To Do' live 1971

Richie Havens interprets Guitar Slim's 'Things That I Used To Do' in his own style, as always. His uniquely warm and comforting jazz, folk blues sophistication is distinctly different from versions by eg, Chuck Berry, James Brown, Stevie Ray Vaughan or the original. With Paul Williams (guitar), Emile Latimer (drums), Eric Oxendine (bass), performed in Montreux, Switzerland in 1971.
