Chambering a Custom 25-06 Remington | Precision Rifle Build for a Customer

In this video, we walk through the complete custom chambering of a 25-06 Remington rifle for a customer from Nebraska. The build features a Wilson Arms barrel blank, a Precision Armament recoil lug, and a slick HS Precision stock in olive spiderweb. We also install a TriggerTech Primary trigger and finish it off with a polished barrel and muzzle brake. Along the way, we: Remove the original factory barrel Perform precision tenon work and chambering Use a rigid reamer holder for perfect concentricity Set headspace with GO/NO-GO gauges Polish and thread the barrel Final assemble and torque everything to spec Add a clean 25-06 laser engraving on the finished rifle This build is a great example of why we don’t offer Remington 700 pre-fits—tolerances just aren’t consistent enough! But with the right tools, techniques, and patience, we make it shoot right.
