Kunafa - One of the most loved Turkish/middle eastern sweet delicacies. The first time I ate it was when my sister came over from Dubai, couldn’t forget the lovely delicate taste ever since. It seemed very complicated to get hold of the traditional Kunafa dough so, after several tries, this recipe was perfected with very simple and easily available ingredients. Do remember to add lots and lots of warm sugar syrup over the cooked Kunafa to keep it nice and moist.
