#SupremeCourt #AkshatTripathi #NoidaPolice #UPPolice #YogiGovernment #CJI #SuryaKant #GautamBuddhaUniversity #GBU सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने जंतर-मंतर प्रदर्शन से जुड़े मामले में गौतम बुद्ध यूनिवर्सिटी (GBU) के छात्र अक्षत त्रिपाठी को जारी नोटिस पर कड़ी नाराजगी जताई। नोएडा पुलिस और प्रशासन की ओर से जारी नोटिस में अक्षत पर आरोप लगाया गया कि वह विश्वविद्यालय के छात्रों को CJP के प्रस्तावित प्रदर्शन में शामिल होने के लिए प्रोत्साहित कर रहे थे। नोटिस में अक्षत त्रिपाठी से पूछा गया था कि क्यों न उन्हें 6 महीने तक शांति बनाए रखने के लिए पाबंद किया जाए और उनसे ₹5 लाख का निजी मुचलका तथा इतनी ही राशि के दो जमानतदार मांगे जाएं। अक्षत ने इन आरोपों को खारिज करते हुए कहा कि वह करीब तीन महीने से विश्वविद्यालय गए ही नहीं थे और 20 जुलाई के प्रदर्शन से लगभग डेढ़ महीने पहले अपने घर इलाहाबाद आ गए थे। सुनवाई के दौरान CJI सूर्यकांत ने सवाल उठाया कि जब सुप्रीम कोर्ट का स्पष्ट आदेश था कि छात्रों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई नहीं की जाएगी, तो संबंधित मजिस्ट्रेट ने नोटिस कैसे जारी कर दिया। कोर्ट ने इस मामले में मजिस्ट्रेट से स्पष्टीकरण मांगने की बात कही। अक्षत के खिलाफ आदेश ग्रेटर नोएडा तृतीय के कार्यपालक मजिस्ट्रेट डॉ. रवि शंकर मिश्रा, 2018 बैच के PPS अधिकारी, द्वारा जारी किया गया था। वीडियो में नोएडा पुलिस और प्रशासन की कार्रवाई के साथ-साथ ग्रेटर नोएडा की DM मेधा रूपम से जुड़े एक अन्य अदालती विवाद का भी जिक्र किया गया है। इस पूरे मामले का विश्लेषण Online News India के Editor-in-Chief Dharmendra Singh ने किया है। The Supreme Court expressed strong displeasure over a notice issued to Gautam Buddha University (GBU) student Akshat Tripathi in connection with the Jantar Mantar protest case. The notice alleged that Akshat was encouraging university students to participate in a proposed CJP protest. It also asked why he should not be bound down to maintain peace for six months and required to furnish a ₹5 lakh personal bond along with two sureties of the same amount. Akshat Tripathi rejected the allegations, claiming that he had not visited the university for nearly three months and had returned to his home in Allahabad around one-and-a-half months before the July 20 protest. During the hearing, CJI Surya Kant questioned how the concerned magistrate could issue such a notice despite a clear Supreme Court direction that no action should be taken against students. The Court indicated that an explanation would be sought from the magistrate. The order against Akshat was issued by Greater Noida III Executive Magistrate Dr Ravi Shankar Mishra, a 2018-batch PPS officer.
