What is Skip Logic? Skip logic is a survey and form-design feature that automatically sends respondents to different questions or sections based on how they answered a previous question. Instead of showing everyone the same linear sequence of questions, skip logic creates “branches” so people only see the items that are relevant to them. Merits of skip logic Efficiency: Respondents don’t waste time on irrelevant questions. Better data quality: You avoid “not applicable” or random answers from people who shouldn’t see certain questions. Improved completion rates: Shorter, smarter surveys feel easier and more respectful of respondents’ time.
