This is a BRAND NEW MITSUBISHI NEXIEZ-MRL Version2. This is the FIRST ever NEXIEZ-MRL Version2 FOUND IN THE PHILIPPINES! It has a slightly different layout. Unlike older Mitsubishi NEXIEZ-MRL, the "MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC" logo is now above the floor indicator. The capacity is also different. This elevator replaced a 2000s OTIS Gen2 Premier. At least it's replaced with a good brand. According to the sticker I have found in the shaft of the scenic elevator, this elevator was distributed by IEE (International Elevator & Equipment Inc.) just like most Mitsubishi elevators in the Philippines.
