Northlake Mall | Atlanta, GA | Once Vital Mall now Dead and Half Converted.

The Northlake Mall opened in late 1971, and once was the largest mall in Atlanta, Georgia. Throughout the years, the mall would see great success until the 2000's when vacancies would appear. Making things worse, Simon sold the mall in 2014, and then anchor stores started closing. This was the nail in the coffin for the once thriving mall, and recently half of it has been converted into a white drywall paradise featuring medical offices in the old Sears.
