MILE-WIDE WEDGE #TORNADO! The Rear Flank, Ep. 19 "Greensburg"

The Rear Flank™, Episode 19: "Greensburg". On May 18th, 2025 a MASSIVE #Wedge #Tornado struck just outside of #Greensburg, KS, where in 2007 a similar tornado, in size and winds, completely leveled the town of Greensburg, and was rated EF5. They have since rebuilt. This #VIOLENT #Twister narrowly turned right and missed the heart of town, but did unfortunately impact the towns of Plevna, Abbyville, and Sylvia, Kansas, and prompted a rare "Tornado #Emergency" issued from NWS Dodge City. The township of #Plevna is seen in this film just moments after the tornado impacted. Fortunately, Plevna's citizens had proper warning and took shelter right away. There were no injuries reported in Plevna. This film was shot in very low light conditions at a safely close range.
