Painting a Colourful Sunset in the Rain | Soft Pastels on Pastelmat

Painting a Colourful Sunset in the Rain | Soft Pastels on Pastelmat A quiet painting session in my garden on a rainy day. It was raining throughout the whole painting session, but I still enjoyed being outside and working on this colourful sunset. I used a photograph as my reference and deliberately chose bright, vibrant colours to create my own interpretation of the scene. I painted with soft pastels on Pastelmat paper, using Rembrandt and Sennelier pastels. My dog was nearby, while the chickens wandered around. I could hear the birds in my garden: robins, jackdaws, tits and parakeets. Materials: • Pastelmat paper • Rembrandt Soft Pastels • Sennelier Soft Pastels • a charcoal pencil Thank you for watching❤️ ---------------------- ☕ Enjoyed this video?
