Titan A.E. | 1999 Teaser Trailer - 35mm Scan (4K Remastered)

The elusive teaser trailer for Fox Animation Studios' animated science-fiction epic, Titan A.E., originally played in theatres during Fox's summer 1999 releases (most notably before Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace). Previously only viewable online via captures from a selection of 1999 Fox VHS releases, I present to you the first ever 4K scan of the teaser from a 35mm film print I purchased on eBay a few months back. The print, whilst in a fairly good condition, unfortunately contained a deteriorated soundtrack that made unpleasant crackling noises whenever the audio levels peaked. To compensate, I have replaced the audio with that of one of the previous VHS transfers that have been released online, which thankfully sounds pretty good all things considered. Following this and some liberal colour correction and damage repair, and we have the final remaster you see here.
