I tested the Balmuda Toaster Pro, a nearly $400 steam toaster oven that promises crisp toast, soft interiors, and a Salamander Grill mode for finishing foods with top-down heat. Over three days, I tested it with toast, leftover pizza, a day-old croissant, frozen pancakes, cheese toast, garlic bread, and homemade pizza bagels.
